Thank you for shopping with Daykivo. This policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping times, and delivery for orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–3] business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional day or two — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.
Shipping Times & Rates
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times (in addition to processing time) are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order, and can be affected by customs processing, local courier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.
Currently, we only ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. If you're located elsewhere, please reach out and we'll let you know if shipping can be arranged.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow [24–48 hours] for tracking information to update once it's issued.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on your country's regulations, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once it reaches your country. These charges are not included in the price of your order or your shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the customer. We're unable to predict what these charges may be, as customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information if you have questions before ordering.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, incorrect address information provided at checkout, or events outside our control (severe weather, strikes, natural disasters, etc.). If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll help track it down.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office/courier first, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered slightly before arrival. If you still can't locate your package, contact us at support@daykivo.com and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
